Die Bobst Group aktualisiert ihre Prognose für das Gesamtjahr 2023 und informiert über ihre Absicht, eine Obligationenanleihe auszugeben

Die Bobst Group SA rechnet derzeit für das Jahr 2023 mit einem Gesamtjahresumsatz, der über dem Niveau von 2022 liegt (2022 CHF 1 841 Mio.). Die Betriebsergebnismarge (EBIT) für das Gesamtjahr wird etwas niedriger sein als in 2022 (7.7%).

Für das Jahr 2024 erwartet die Gruppe, dass Umsatz und Betriebsergebnis (EBIT) niedriger sein werden als in 2022.

Die Bobst Group beabsichtigt zudem die Ausgabe einer Obligationenanleihe. Die Einnahmen werden zur Tilgung der am 27. September 2024 fälligen CHF 135 Millionen Obligationenanleihe und für allgemeine Unternehmenszwecke verwendet.
